This project is part of the Artist-in-Residence program, where artists collaborate with children and their parents at the National Children’s Future Museum in Taipei. Over 100 people, including children and parents, participated in this two-week workshop. The focus was on building public instruments that could be attached to bicycles. Participants brought toys that made sounds and recycled materials capable of creating noise, and these were used to create musical bikes. The group also participated in a vocal recording session, where they shouted together to capture sounds for the bikes. Once the creations were completed, the bicycles were taken for a spin around the museum and were later featured as part of the museum’s collection.
